3-Bedroom Condo

I am the president of the Highland Lakes Aggie Moms. Our daughter will graduate in May.  YEA!

We have a three bedroom Condo in River Oaks that is looking for three new roommates!

Or we have one young lady that would like to stay if you know of two young ladies looking for a place to live.  I think we have a great place to offer!

Each bedroom has its own private bath, walk in closet and separate thermostat control.  Two bedrooms on 2nd floor and one large bedroom on the 3rd floor with a private balcony.

First floor has a 1/2 bath, complete kitchen, plus a laundry room equipped with washer and dyer. Tiled living room and kitchen area.

Monthly rent is $1800 for the condo and that will include Internet/cable.  Roommates will decide who get the 3rd floor larger bedroom!  $500 security deposit plus first months rent due upon signing.

Condo is on bus route and very convenient to the covered  bus stop.  Located right next to the common areas building which has mailboxes, completely equipped workout facility, pool and two hot tubs.  The complex also has a security gate.
