Anniversary Dinner


Each spring the RRAAMC hosts an anniversary dinner and silent auction. The money raised from the silent auction is used to fund scholarships. Each year we need volunteers to work on both the Auction committee and the Dinner committee. We also need volunteers to help with the decorations of the banquet area.

WHAT: Silent Auction, Dinner and Entertainment

WHEN: March 5, 2011 6 - 8:30PM

FOOD: catered by Gino’s Italian Restaurant

MUSIC: provided by The Selfless Season

WHY: We will have a great time and the Silent Auction will have lots of wonderful items. Please join us in supporting future Aggies!

 

Ticket Info: Tickets are $20 each and reservation deadline is Feb. 25th. Please contact Denise Strong  Beth Albee or Dana Leary to purchase tickets.

 

All proceeds will go towards providing scholarships to deserving area seniors!

It’s never too early to Gig Em’ and start asking for donations for our annual auction.  Who in your community or circle of friends knows someone who knows someone that can help Aggie Moms’ raise funds with their in-kind donation? This can be a fun team effort where multiple people participate in the collection of items for a basket, or you can do your own basket or collect donated item(s).  Remember single items raise money too!

 

We are also seeking additional donations from the corporate community. With so many dedicated Aggie parents, we have a very close “voice” to many businesses.  Silent auctions are an easy way to collect in-kind donations, and they can offer us many items of value.  Please extend an invitation to your friends, fellow Aggie parents, and businesses in our community.  Your local chamber of commerce, convention and visitor’s bureau, hotels, restaurants, and entertainment attractions are usually happy to donate travel packages, so please ask them too.  These items may or may not fit in your basket or theme and may be a stand alone auction item.

 

If you know of individuals or businesses that are willing to donate items for the silent auction, contact Sharon Reynolds She can provide you with a letter that explains the event and can be distributed to interested parties.
